Printing¶
File → Print… (Cmd/Ctrl+P) opens the Print dialog. It prints one page, with your crop, turns and edits applied.
Choose the print¶
- Printer and Paper size come from your computer.
- Orientation: portrait or landscape.
- Image size: Fit shows the whole picture inside the margins, Fill covers the page and crops the edges, and Actual prints at the size the resolution gives.
- Resolution is how many pixels of the picture go into each inch of paper. 300 and 360 are buttons; any value from 72 to 1440 can be typed.
- Margins are set in millimetres. Centre centres the picture on the page, and Copies sets how many.
A small paper preview shows where the picture will land. Your choices are remembered.
Print¶
Click Continue to print…. The system's own print panel opens, where you choose the printer's colour, paper type and quality settings. The app sends the picture to the printer as sRGB and your printer driver handles the rest.
While trial mode
Printed pages carry the same watermark as exports until the app is activated.
